Klada is committed to maintaining a safe environment. This page describes our standards and practices regarding the protection of minors.

1. Age Requirement

Klada is intended exclusively for users aged 18 and older. By creating an account, users confirm they meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly permit minors to register or use the App.

2. Our Commitments

• We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
• We do not direct any content, marketing, or features toward minors.
• Accounts found to belong to minors are terminated immediately upon discovery.
• User-generated content is visible only to accepted friends — the App has no public feed or open discovery.

3. Reporting a Concern

If you believe a minor is using the App, or if you have any child safety concern, please contact us immediately:

We will review all reports promptly and take appropriate action, including account removal where necessary.

4. Account Removal

To request removal of an account belonging to a minor, email privacy@domagoj.fyi with the subject line "Minor Account Removal". We will process the request within 48 hours.
